Are Blur India products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, and our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take within India?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India, depending on your location.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pincodes across India. You can also choose to pay via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking for faster processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
Are your lipsticks and glosses safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients and are dermatologically tested; however, we always recommend a patch test before full application if you have highly sensitive skin.
