Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Approval

  Upload a clear photo of the product and its original packaging; our team will review the request within 24-48 hours to ensure it meets our hygiene standards.

  Package & Pickup

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original box and a courier partner will be dispatched to your location for a complimentary pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be shipped immediately.
